Elaine made our booking very easy , she explained about hotel and resort, quick and easy booking process.

I used the Old Swan shop to book a holiday in Nerja for 2027. Elaine -the assistant who helped me - was friendly, efficient and very professional. She found and booked exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was given all the necessary paperwork. I would highly recommend Hays Travel Old Swan, the staff there always provide a 1st class service.

We had spoken to a JET2 Agent on the telephone on Sunday 10th, that person (Debbie) was excellent with us offering several options for a late September holiday in Costa del Sol. So armed with her information and a little research on internet of hotels and destinations we went to our local HAYS branch, Old Swan Liverpool, and met with Lewis. He was very professional, listening to our our desires and likes before offering his expertise and knowledge. Result was we booked a 7 night holiday in Torremolinos travelling on dates and times that suited us. A very pleasant experience.

Well initially we went up to Hayes and we went through the holidays with Lewis then we had the idea which one we chose to go with so we went home and said we’d get back the same day, then we made our minds of which hotel we chose to go with, the moon back to Hay spoke to Lewis and he got us the best price so he asked you were quite happy. how much did Miss Lewis know his job? He went through the hotels and told us evident about them so 10 out of 10 for Lewis

I went in your Old Swan branch to buy travel insurance Lewis who O have been dealt with before arranged it for me. He was friendly and always makes me feel comfortable I am 85 and not good on the internet so having someone like him to do things for me is invaluable
