Friendly staff who tried lots of different ways to keep the cost down for me. Very knowledgeable about the areas and looked for places that would be suitable for us.

I was very nervous about booking this trip because I was going to go solo, a real leap of faith in saying I was nervous …. thanks for getting it right and I’m the sort of person that likes to know exactly what I need is all booked sorted and safe. I started on one trip and ended up on something much better after chat which must’ve been easily half an hour. And then all booked with funds in another half hour, and warm smiles at my melt downs, phew, when reaffirming all is well to me.
