We have booked at least three holidays…
We have booked at least three holidays through Hays. Each time we have been listened to and the agent has secured us the holiday we requested.
More-so, as elderly travellers, we have always felt secure, reassured with all the arrangements and assistance given.
We tend to be nervous travellers so we want to say thank you for making our trip easier.

Staff were very good with help and advice.
Staff were very good with help and advice.The computer system didn't do as we would wish.Two friends travelling together but paying their own way,the paperwork was not clear as sometime it showed single price and other times it showed price for double. Two single bills ending together would be clearer. No fault with the staff, just the program on the computer.
