Leah was very nice , we gave her a budget and she stuck to it near enough we explained we don't drink much alcohol so taking the drinks packages off was a big difference

I went in to Hays Travel in Prestatyn with an idea of what type of holiday I wanted and Leah worked her magic and found us the perfect one. Leah ensured we had all we needed included and even told us a little about the destination. I’m looking forward to my holiday.

Could not do enough for us excellent customer service first time booking a cruise and trying to organise this for 4 of my friends and my husband and I was a bit stressful Leah in thePrestatyn branch put my mind at ease and made sure everything was all booked in correctly!
