Would highly recommend going into hays travel in Prestatyn. The ladies always make you feel welcome when you walk through the door. This is the 2and holiday we've booked there and would definitely go in again

Our first time booking with Hayes Travel and our experience so far has been excellent. We were dealt with by Joanne and her knowledge is excellent and she worked very hard to find us our holiday at a fantastic price. Thank you Joanne.
We would not hesitate to use Hayes for future holidays and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Returning customer, Special Assistance Essential
I'm a returning customer to Hays Prestatyn. At last I can easily get into the shop as theyve moved to accessible premises. Booking the holiday is made so easy by Paula who not only finds me the best price but now knows all the complicated additional needs I have as a wheelchair user. She has it covered from airport special assistance to adapted transfer in resort.

Fabulous Travel Agents at Prestatyn
I always find the staff happy & friendly at the Prestatyn store.
The store has recently moved a few shops down the high street to a much larger and brighter shop. I think this was a great move.
I have just booked my next holiday for next year. Paula was the agent. I cant praise her enough. She helped me with her knowledge and her own experiences in choosing the right holiday. Nothing was to much trouble. I normally always book holidays online however this was a nice experience to go into the travel agents for the more personal touch to booking a holiday when you are a bit unsure. With a bit of help ive got a fabulous holiday and at a great price to.
I would definitely recommend Hays travel Prestatyn. Give them a try.
