I completely understand your concerns regarding Signal and appreciate you explaining that you found it stressful. I also understand why you felt uneasy providing your card details for them to be entered manually, particularly as we did not have a Chip and PIN machine available at the time.

We attended the store with an idea in mind... hot, all inclusive 7-10 days... leaving tomorrow or day after. Pool rather than beach.
We attended the store with an idea in mind from a quick look online. It was out first family holiday in a few years and was very much spur of the moment, that morning in fact.
Georgia at the redditch branch was amazing. We gave her the budget, the time frame, our 'wants' including leaving in 24/48hrs and she gave us a number of other options on top of what we found. Went through each and found us a perfect match to our wants and with a lower cost. She was brilliant. Now, last minute.com shopping we leave in less than 24hrs.

Booking and cancelling
Firstly the lovely Becky found us the perfect holiday, being foster parents, our sleeping arrangements were quite specific. Unfortunately the next day we had the terrible news that our grandson who is suffering from a terminal brain tumour, had taken a turn for the worse. Then the lovely Gorgia did everything she could to cancel our holiday, so that we could support our daughter and grandson. She succeeded and we didn't lose any money. That is service above and beyond !!! Hays Travel should be very proud of these lovely ladies.
