The staff on duty were, and always are, welcoming.

Great place to plan your next adventure
Charlotte really helped, she was very informed and nothing was too much trouble.
It was a travelling (multi city break, with internal flights etc) we were making the holiday adventure up pretty much as we went along, at the end of the day Charlotte had sent 4 full quotes before we settled in the perfect itinerary

From discussions to decisions
From that first initial phone call with Nicola and the information she provided and forwarding suggestions via email to making our booking with Hays and Intrepid it was totally seamless. Having already looked at several options for our Iceland trip we felt that with Nicola's reassurances choosing Intrepid would be the best option with the backing of Hays. Thank you Nicola.

Charlotte handled our holiday enquiry brilliantly from start to finish , she tailored our package perfectly to suit our requirements and even revisited our original package and amended it to suit before calling us to fully explain everything in detail.
