Great service and advice
The help we received in booking our trip to Belfast and choosing a hotel was invaluable and very reassuring.
We had mentioned this trip when booking our last holiday and received some help and information then so were pleased to be contacted when Easy Jet had special holiday offers available ,which always helps !

We booked our Cruise onboard and then our booking gets transferred to Hays and they always look after us extremely well.
We have been using Hays for our cruise holidays for a number of years and Charlotte is exceptional. She always caters for all our needs and always goes out of her way to find answers to our queries.
Hays In Ripon have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend to others.

Great place to plan your next adventure
Charlotte really helped, she was very informed and nothing was too much trouble.
It was a travelling (multi city break, with internal flights etc) we were making the holiday adventure up pretty much as we went along, at the end of the day Charlotte had sent 4 full quotes before we settled in the perfect itinerary
