The staff are always very pleasant and welcoming when entering the store. I have been very satisfied with the information and knowledge given by the sales staff; there is never any pressure selling, just honest advise.

I went in-store to look at holidays for Amsterdam. A lovely member of staff helped me to find a hotel in the location we wanted, and booed the flights, she explained everything and broke it down as I've not been on holiday in years, so it as totally changed and I wasn't sure what to do.

Excellent service as always from Bev at Hayes Royton. She goes above and beyond to find our perfect holiday.

Katie was so lovely she really helped us get the perfect deal for our holiday. She was also so patient with us as we had a few enquiry’s.

Katie was helpful. She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it . She tried various airlines and airports for us. She understood what we were looking for and made suggestions when we said we were going to be at the hotel with family.

Emma the young assistant who dealt with me was very professional polite and had a very cheerful attitude, even though I had gone into the branch with the holiday I wanted ,Emma double checked and found a better deal, and went through the booking process explaining everything, which I was more than happy with.

We specifically sought out Christina to book this years holiday as she has booked our last four and as always she came up trumps, Christina is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and it has always been a pleasure to book with her, we have full confidence in having a positive experience and understanding of our requirements with Christina, she has always been passionate in getting us a good deal, and is genuinely pleased when we tell her how much we’ve enjoyed our holidays, we can’t praise her enough!

I have booked with Hays Travel everytime I go abroad and I would not go with any other travel agent because the service and offers are second to none . The staff are very helpful and attentive nothing is to much trouble to get you the holiday of your dreams . I would like to thank Bev for all your help it is always a pleasure to book with you an outstanding travel agent.

I had a very positive experience when I visited Hays travel, Royton. The member of staff I dealt with ( Katie)was very helpful and had a lovely pleasant manner. The whole experience was enjoyable and stress free.

Efficiency of finding pricing and booking

The sales lady was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and went to a lot of effort to get us the best possible deal.

We went with the possible intention of booking a holiday we had been made aware by a Hays Travel email.
Amanda spent time discussing that option and other comparable possibilities in the same area.
In the end we booked a better package - hotel, flights and cost - and left very happy with our choice.
Amanda thoroughly deserves the highest praise for her excellent customer service.
