My friend & I was looking to return to a hotel we visited in La Palma early this year, like lots of people we found the price had increased a lot, we tried different ways of bringing the price down and had to gain quotes from other sources, I had seen how nice Ryan was with other people on a site I go on, he was always offering to help people, I thought I would see what he could help me with, from the start Ryan was polite and helpful and I felt his customer service was very good, I felt he wanted to help, he explained clearly and to my understanding, he gave me time to decide however I had no problem with my decision and have no hesitation in recommending Ryan for a great customer experience whilst booking a holiday through him.
Everything he said I would receive happened just as he said, I can see my holiday on the Hays Travel App and I will be booking again, thank you Ryan.

And why do I keep going back? It's simple - They consistently provide an excellent customer experience, beat any price I manage to find for myself, and do all the paperwork and ringing about for me accessibility wise.

After years of booking all my travel/holidays independently I am now officially converted to using a Travel Agent. Ryan was fantastic throughout the booking process.
