Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, rang Hays Travel Sedgefield and spoke to Julie-Ann who provided an amazing service, always strives to provide the best deal, extremely friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.

Julie was very professional and polite. We never felt rushed into anything and the booking was exactly what we asked for. First class.

I was served by Leoni who was really friendly and helpful with a search for my first solo holiday. We looked at a range of locations, dates and board basis, then found one I really liked. The booking process was simple and straightforward. I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received.

Great! Ours wasn’t a straight forward booking by Cheryl pulled out all the stops to get us booked. Very well done.

We hadn’t been on a holiday abroad for over 10 years and as we wanted a special holiday decided to visit Hays. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. We were unsure exactly what we wanted but the staff came up with a plan and after a discussion we now have a holiday that ticks all our boxes to look forward to.

As always Julie was attentive thorough in her search for our holiday ensuring it ticked the boxes .
We were offered a drink from arriving staff were pleasant and friendly from going in couldn’t fault them
