Hays Travel - Shepton Mallet Reviews 

We had the usual very friendly service which is why we go to a nearby town rather than use the travel agents in our area.

We popped in yesterday (17/01/2026). With just the intention of looking for holidays. However, after talking/dealing with Sue, who made everything very easy and comfortable. We came away a couple of hours later with a holiday booked and payed for. Couldn’t recommended Sue and Hayes travel and higher. Sue went out of her way to help us with all our needs. Very happy

Went into Hays with a friend as we didn’t really know what destination we wanted . Apart from what airport we needed to fly from also had to be preferable half board in 4 star and In month of June .
Mary was the assistant we spoke to ,she went through different places we could see on the screen ,Eventually we chose our holiday after a bit of going backwards and forwards on screen while we decided .
It was all sorted including flight booking and boarding passes will be printed for us when required nearer the holiday .
All in all it was a very easy and smooth experience and would certainly recommend booking a holiday .
In the past I have booked holidays on line but have found this way of going into Hays is so much easier because can see what we are getting

I was struggling to book the holiday i wanted online. I decided to try Hays Travel to see what price they could come up with, not expecting the price to be matched. Sue the Hays Travel agent at Shepton Mallet not only came up with the same price but got me a better offer. I'll definitely use Hays Travel again.

Helpful, courteous and happy staff

We feel welcome when we go in. All the staff are ready to help. We have booked a Spring holiday on the Canary Islands. This year on Fuertaventura. Mary is always knowledgeable about the resorts and can respond to our particular needs/requests

Always friendly helpful well informed members of staff that took time to find us the best holiday we were looking for in our preferred destination 😊

Leticia was very helpful and answered all our queries. Love going in to hays Shepton mallet as all staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble.

Sophia managed to sort out both holidays that we were looking at, & at the price & time that we wanted.

Mary is always very helpful as are the rest of the team. No questions go unanswered . We went to sort out bits for an upcoming holiday & ended up book another one too!

The staff member who helped us choose our holiday was really lovely. She is an apprentice but with the help of her colleague who was training her she was really helpful. Really pleasant experience and thank you
