Second cruise we have booked with Simon and Kat and they are both so helpful and knowledgeable. Always ready to help with any questions we may have. First impressions with a new travel agent FANTASTIC
I believe i dealt with Kat during my booking. She has a great sense of humour and she is also very knowledgeable. She is very happy to help with any concerns you have while making a booking. Booking was such a simple process and with great ease. 10/10 for the service.
