Booking for 2 nights in hotel following a Sicily tour.
The agent I who handled my booking, Chrystalla in Southbourne, was excellent. Chrys was very helpful, friendly and efficient. However, problems with the tour operator, Vista. meant that it took 4 hrs to have our booking confirmed. I was in the office for 2 hours and then on the phone at home intermittently for another 2 hours. We were given incorrect information several times but ended up with our original booking so much of my time was wasted.

It appears that Vista were having some trouble with their hotel suppliers to get the post hotel stay booked, and eventually with help from a team leader did manage to get all sorted and for original requirements.
