Chrystalla is so knowledgeable, personable, patient and practical. For our group of four, we had very exacting needs for a bucket list holiday next year. From the start Chrys understood what we were after and went above and beyond to deliver and at a very reasonable price too - beating all those we secured ourselves and with added extra protection of ATOL/ABTA. Truly outstanding service.

Jade was great, she gave us a raft of different holiday choices showing all the details and no hidden charges! All were inside our budget and time window...
Then we realised that we couldn't do the dates we had supplied 🫣 guess what,she did it all again for us!
This time she found a perfect holiday for us and we booked immediately.

The staff at Southbourne Office was as always brilliant. They were thoughtful looked for what needed & covered everything even things I did not think about I am very satisfied.

My friend and I wanted to book a much needed holiday and Amy in the Southbourne branch was wonderful. She found various places in our price range and took time explaining things thoroughly. She booked our hotel, flights, insurance, plane seats, car parking place, everything we needed to take the pressure off us. She was very patient and didn’t hurry or pressurise us at all. She will sort putting whatever on our phones nearer the time. A happy relaxing experience and a holiday which we are looking forward to very much. Thank you Amy.

We dropped into the Southbourne branch of Hayes at the weekend.
We met Chris Pullman whom we have known for years. As usual she gave us lots of time and went through the various holidays in detail weighing up the pros and cons in detail of each. In the end we opted for a weeks holiday in Turkey.
Great service from Chris as usual.
