Chrystalla and Jade
Chrystalla, at the Southbourne branch, was friendly and helpful, this year we are booking a cruise, she took her time to find the right cabin and deck.
In fact the entire branch have been amazing, last year we went to Florida, and got caught up in hurricane, Orlando airport was closed the day we were to fly home, TUI were unhelpful, we had difficulty finding a flight home, but Jade and Chrystalla found a flight for us from Miami airport.
I will always book a holiday with Hays, as they are proficient.
