If you want an honest, efficient and friendly service then you can do no better than going into Hays Travel, St Andrews. Kath really helped us get a great holiday booked. Looking forward to next year.

Helpful and patient staff member. I was looking at 2 options of holiday to Dutch bulb fields for myself and a friend. I had to keep phoning back as was consulting my friend by phone with all the info. The booking was made so easy by the Hays representative.

Jan is so helpful and knowledgeable . The posters in the window certainly do entice you in. Booked a cruise with Ambassador for 2027!!
This is the 4th time we have booked through Hays.

We were welcomed with the usual smiles from all the staff. Kath knows us, and the kind of holidays we look for, so was able to point us in the right direction. She made a few phone calls to make sure we had all the info we needed before booking our tour in Vietnam.

Always easy, quick service with great turnaround and great customer service.

Kath was extremely helpful even after the presentation when phone and internet reception were poor, making communication with Scenic more difficult

Kath , who looked after us was very helpful in every way , she took great deal of time finding the holiday we were wanting . although we have been there before she spent a fair bit of time finding the time of year the time of flights and the airport we were wanting to leave from . well done

I spoke to Jan initially and she gave us some great options and advice. The price was matched with what we'd found online and the process was made very pleasant and easy.

From entry into the shop the experience could not have been better. All questions answered by someone who knew what she was talking about. Two holidays booked with minimum fuss. Could not ask for more.

Jacob was absolutely 1st class it has been a long time since was on a holiday nothing was a problem he even organised my travel insurance &printed paper work out for me very grateful for all his assistance
