The assistants are extremely helpful in their advices and always aim to please the customer. I have used Hays travel over several years to arrange my holiday bookings and would not consider an alternative. Well done.

A brilliant team who work together to ensure the customer is fully supported. I mainly deal with Ryley, who is amazing but when she wasn’t in, both James and Kate dealt with my queries and booking and were fantastic. Wouldn’t use anyone else

Friendly helpful staff
I go to the shop knowing exactly what I want, dates, times, airline, location and hotel, and the hays staff will find me the best prices. Once booked, with deposit paid, the ongoing communication is excellent. I will never book a holiday myself, online again. Hays St Annes are great.
