Eleven people and all sorts of room configuration

I cannot comment on the company, only on Sarah who assisted us in a complex process of booking travel to South Africa to obtain basic dental treatment unavailable in the United Kingdom.
In a protracted process over a number of weeks she was always helpful, friendly and polite and knowledgeable.

Sarah was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to meet my needs as to what I was looking for on holiday.

Sarah was brilliant sorting out a number of requests for us. She did all the hard work.

Thank you to Melissa for all her help, built me the perfect holiday to disneyland at an amazing price compared to other online sites and companies that I had searched through. Made everything so simple and easy for me and let me know all the tips and tricks from her personal experience on the same holiday which is really appreciated. Great service and prices at this branch! Never booked through a travel agent before always do everything myself but its definitely made me want to book with them again with my next trip/holiday. Appreciate all the help

From the moment I walked into the shop all of the girls were friendly and made me feel very welcome. Nothing was any trouble. Chloe was especially helpful giving me so much universal advice about cruising. Her knowledge was second to none and if she was unsure about any of the unusual questions I asked, she delved deeper to find the answer.

We were looking for a cruise for 7 nights
Somewhere nice April or May and that's all the information we gave
The staff member Mallisa contacted us and sent three lovely cruises that she felt would meet our needs we were spoilt for choice once we decided Mallisa got to work booking great flight times and organising over night hotel stay and car parking for the week she got a great deal with some extras including a window cabin and onboard spend well done hays travel would recommend and will certainly be using them again for our future holidays

Caroline is always helpful and friendly, when I go in giving basic details of my requirements she has a great knowledge and offers options and suggests things I maybe hadn't considered. Always tries to get the best deals available.
