Thank you Sarah you have been so helpful especially when I wasn't very confident in booking my holiday by myself. I have alot of anxiety and and other mental health issues and Sarah was nothing but patient and supportive making my experience so easy and relaxed. She was also brilliant when my mum went in to get travel money and helped her to set up her travel card helping to put her mind at ease.
