Dawn helped us to pick out a short break in Dublin, gave us a good choice of rooms at various prices with and without breakfast. Flights were also arranged with a choice of airports and times. Insurance also offered. Booked exactly what we wanted.

Booked with Hays in Sutton in Ashfield a few times and have always had excellent customer service. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Really helpful, patient, lots of experience. It took us a couple of sessions to find where we wanted to stay and options available to us. Throughout we were not rushed and helped with good advice and good humour.
We are now booked and looking forward to our holiday and some sunshine!

My husband and I came in to book a holiday to Kenya. Having been to Kenya before we had a good idea what we wanted this time.
Dawn, our Hays representative was so helpful, looking at numerous brochures and different scenarios. I eventually spotted the perfect safari which included the add on Amboseli national park. We booked it without hesitation. Dawn was very informative and helpful, giving us discount on our holiday.

Excellent service, I was only in the office 20 minutes, was given excellent advice by someone who knew there job.

The gentleman we saw was very helpful and gave us all the information that we requested.
In fact all the staff seemed to be a happy bunch.
We came away feeling very satisfied with our meeting with hayes
We could have gone direct to jet 2 but decided to ask all our questions face to face with a human being and not a computer

Went in to book a cruise and the member of staff we saw was very helpful and answered all our questions. Sam sorted everything we needed and it took no time at all. Was very impressed with the service.
