We are returning customers. All the staff at Hayes travel Swinton are friendly and very helpful we have medical issues on booking our holidays and they work really hard to find the most appropriate deal.

We had such a fantastic experience with Hays Travel, especially thanks to Sienna.
From the moment we sat down with Sienna, she made us feel completely at ease. She explained that she was still in training, but honestly, you would never have known — she was absolutely brilliant. So personable, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find the perfect holiday.
She really listened to what we were looking for and took the time to walk us through all the options, explaining everything clearly and making sure we felt confident in our choices. Her knowledge and attention to detail were impressive, and nothing felt rushed or pressured.
Thanks to Sienna, we’ve booked what feels like our perfect holiday, and we couldn’t be more excited. She’s a real credit to the team, and we’ll definitely be returning to book with her again!
