Operator really helpful and polite

We called into Hays travel at Teesside Park to enquire about a cruise departing in February 2027 and was very well looked after by Olivia who was very polite and when she needed help went to get another lady who was also very helpful we very happily booked as the cruise sails out on our 50th wedding anniversary we wanted it to be a special celebration, the whole experience was very professional.

Excellent service from Hays Travel again. All the staff are very helpful . Found the perfect holiday for me and my family and at the best price.

I can’t recommend Connor from Hays Teesside park enough. From start to finish, he made booking our family holiday completely stress free, he was friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable.

He found us a holiday that suited exactly what we were looking for and kept us informed every step of the way. Even called to check in after to remind us prices would change etc. Nothing was too much trouble, excellent customer service!

It was reassuring to have someone who genuinely cared about making sure everything was correct. I wouldn’t think twice to book with him/ Hays again and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you… 10/10 service.

Olivia, should be your poster girl, greeting was warm and friendly I was offered a coffee while explaining what sort of holiday I wanted. Olivia absolutely nailed it perfect holiday good price and she arranged the flight times to get the most out of my holiday. Everything was explained in detail nothing was too much trouble. I usually book online but after my experience with Olivia and Hays I will always come back for future holidays. I was so impressed I have been telling friends and family of the fantastic service and how well Olivia promoted the Hays brand.

We found the staff very courteous and helpful asked if we wanted a coffee and went through all paperwork efficiently. We dealt with Tracey and found her very polite and helpful.

The lady was very helpful.
