The travel advisor Lauren went above and beyond her remit, before we confirmed our booking she looked into alternative hotels and areas in Sri Lanka.She was courteous, patient and all out helpful. A credit to the company

As usual we had first class service. Libby knows exactly what we love. Always new experiences but that suit us. Takes into account disabilities etc. we are never disappointed with the holidays book. We would highly recommend Hays travel Teesside park.

As always Libby arranged everything we asked for, no troubles no hassles. She came back to us very quickly with the hotels we’d requested on our multicentre trip all arranged fantastically. Great service when initially booking our holiday. When we went to purchase currency we were told there is a minimum spend to access a better exchange rate, we had already spent nearly 6 times this amount. I raised this query when in branch again and was told they operate two separate businesses.

We always travel with jet2 but like to come in store and book with Hayes travel. The friendly and knowledgeable service is first class and all the staff are lovely and helpful. A particular shout out to Courtney who has helped us book several trips now. We wouldn’t hesitate recommending you to friends and family xx

Alison is brilliant. She always takes time to have a chat and make sure we are well looked after. This time she made us an appointment so we didn't have to wait. This helped for my Mam who doesn't like having to hang about for too long.
