Staff brilliant
Staff brilliant, very complicated request from myself to book a holiday advertised by another company on TV. However, advertised holiday turned out to be not as advertised, apparently website inaccurate! Hates staff did their best but holiday not as good value as first appeared.

Excellent service!
Excellent service from start to finish! Michelle was so helpful with everything; transport, tours, recommendations, etc. She helped us organise everything and got the best deal possible for us. We left Hays with everything sorted (including currency) and nothing left to do but look forward to our holiday. Because of the excellent service and level of care, we will book through Hays from now on.
