Skye searched out holidays for us using the information we provided. We left her with the info and visited the next day when she provided information on what she had found and recommended for us.

Liam took his time with us so we can pick the right hotel and country.
We went to Malaga to Fuengirolla it was great. The only problem was that the airport must have been about 2-3 miles long. Im glad I got assist as I would never have been able to walk that. Otherwise brilliant thanks Liam xxxxx

Sorry I can't remember the young woman's name, but she was very helpful and got our holiday booked without a problem. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. There were 3 elderly ladies in front of us who hadn't been abroad for many years and she was kind and patient with them, talking them through all the steps. Worth mentioning too that the woman at the foreign exchange counter was also extremely good with these ladies and helped them get their spending money organised, nothing was a bother. Hays at the Gyle is a great place to book your holidays!

The travel sales assistant (Joan) was very helpful and patient when we were looking for a destination to meet our budget and resort preferences, she was very thorough in her search to which we were both delighted she found what we were looking for.

We had a very Professional young lady who was very nice and took her time to explain about our holiday after we purchased the total paid and she was rather patient in booking the holiday we chose so thanks to your lovely Staff called Skye thanks from Divinia Borthwick

I have always found Hays Travel great. Your colleague Joan was very helpul. Even although I am going back to the same place and hotel for the third time she told us a few things about the surrounding areas which I haven't tried yet but will do this time.
