Hays travel in West Bridgford are a fantastic team!. I don't go anywhere else to book my holidays ( big shout out to Wendy). The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with you (I'm always wanting to try different dates, different hotels, shorten or lengthen to see how it affects prices). Very easy to book the holiday
Very easy to book the holiday we wanted- used the West Bridgford branch as Mapperley (closest to me) is being refurbished . The holiday was price matched to a lower online deal. We use Hays travel a lot and it’s always our easiest and safest option .
They offer payment deals but I prefer to pay off large chunks when I can.

Owen was very helpful and his colleague very reassuring as I was booking a first solo holiday following the death of my wife.
They pretty much price matched the on line quote I had on my phone for the holiday and feel the slight discrepancy of approximately £20 well worth it to have the much preferred paper ticket experience and their help in general in making my decision.
