Very helpful staff,booked a package holiday then changed my mind about the hotel.went back to hays the next day and changed to a different hotel.No problem whatsoever.No fees to pay at all.Great customer service.This is the second time I have used hays.won't use anyone else now.

Bought euros at whiterose leeds Advertised a higher rate outside their shop but then give you a lower rate on a card . Won't be using again
