As a loyal customer at Hays Travel, this time the service was as individual as always. The knowledge of the staff is applaudable. There is always a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer information to help me make the best decision. Kealie and the team are consistantly amazing. That is why I keep coming back.

She was absolutely brilliant, incredibly clued up, and went well over and beyond to find us the perfect holiday. Her expertise and helpful attitude made the whole booking experience stress-free. I highly recommend visiting this branch and speaking to Chloe if you want top-tier.

We booked our holiday with a lovely young lady called Isla, she recommended the hotel and destination because we needed somewhere quite flat due to my husband’s mobility issues. The only issue we had was when we came home and looked at the hotel again we found the exact same hotel, flights etc a lot cheaper with another travel company. When I rang Hays to see if they would price match the young woman told me on the phone that we booked the holiday at that price but she would reduce the holiday by £50. I will definitely look around before booking another holiday.

We had a brilliant experience booking our Orlando holiday with Sophie in the white rose store, Leeds. It was seamless and she was so knowledgeable! All staff were great.

Shaun is amazing!
We came in yesterday as a last minute plan when we saw the zero deposit deal, we were welcomed by the manager Shaun (I believe he doesn't work at the White Rose location he was maybe just covering). He sat with us and looked at multiple locations that fit us and our budget and found the most perfect place in Egypt for exactly the right time and the right price. He was so patient and took so much time and care to find us the right holiday and we couldn't be more grateful! Thank you so much Shaun, we cannot wait and we hope you enjoy your next cruise!

I saw a holiday in the window which suited me and the young lady who I saw was very nice. Everything booked with ease.
