We booked a family trip to Rhodes with Hays Travel on Saturday and honestly couldn’t have asked for better service.

Melissa was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was a pleasure to deal with friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, even with six of us to sort out! She took the time to answer all our questions, talked us through the different options clearly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

It’s rare to get service that feels both professional and genuinely personal, but Melissa absolutely delivered. We left feeling excited and confident we’d made the right choice.

Very impressed with how Hays Travel handled our booking. In particular Emily at the Whitley Bay branch could not have done more to find us the trip we wanted. Ours was quite a complex, multi centre trip, however every detail was covered. First rate service from Emily 👍.

Staff are always very friendly and helpfull

We have used Hays travel many times over the years and always find them helpful and accomodating to our individual needs. Emily who assisted us in choosing our location and accomodation was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable . She also advised us on next year's holliday which involves multiple flights to visit family in both Canada and America on the same holiday.
