Hayward Moon Reviews

Excellent service

Hayward Moon have been fast and thorough. They replied to our questions swiftly and kept us up to date. The property had a covenant and some damage to repair, and they liaised with the vendor’s solicitor effectively and transparently.

As a 'mature' first time buyer, I cannot thank Lynne Warren and her incredible team at Hayward Moon enough.
The attention to detail, fantastic communication and incredible professionalism whilst dealing with someone all new to this was oustanding and incredibly welcome.
I highly recommend Haywood Moon for all of your conveyancing needs.

Professional and friendly never talked down to me just got the job done explaining everything in a way I could understand highly recommended

Timely response and follow up. Very pleasant in all correspondence and sympathetic to the age/health of the house seller. We are very happy with the service.

Extremely responsive and helpful at all stages of the process. Very swift responses to emails or phone calls. Very clear communication. Could not rate them more highly - they just dealt with everything so swiftly and efficiently. We were under quite a lot of time pressure and they did so much to make sure it all went through smoothly. We used the Histon branch and the staff were amazing!

Used Hayward moon in stanway twice now for moving this time my solicitor was Zoe can't recommend her and this company highly enough all the staff are professional but also really friendly and helpful would only use them and recommend to anyone looking to move

Excellent service from Emma Fraser and her team from start to finish. Achieved house sale completion of our former rental property in just 6 weeks! Very efficient, approachable and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We have used Shona at the Bury St Edmunds branch twice now and she has been professional and efficient both times. During a difficult sale she was always easy to get a hold of, clearly very experienced and advised us well. very proactive we never needed to chase her up and she was chasing up the buyers regularly. Would recommend.

The staff were always contactable, helpful and friendly, which was greatly appreciated.

Fast, great communication, very professional. Exactly what you want. Thank you so much

Being able to instruct Hayley Wright on a house sale who had recenly joined Haywood Moon She was helpful as was her assistant Perry McCurrach and all went smoothly.

Excellent service from Claire and Sue. Kept me informed all the way through and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend them highly to anyone moving home. Again excellent company.

We have recently exchanged contracts on our house purchase and I cannot thank Kaylee, Karen and Lyndsey enough for their support throughout what has been a lengthy and, at times, challenging transaction.

From the outset, they have been professional, responsive and incredibly patient, keeping us informed every step of the way and always taking the time to explain matters clearly. There were several complexities along the way, including legal issues that required additional work and last-minute lender delays, but the team remained calm, proactive and determined to keep everything moving forward.

What stood out most was their communication. We always felt that our emails and questions were taken seriously, and whenever we needed advice, Kaylee in particular was happy to talk things through and provide honest, balanced guidance. At no point did we feel like just another file on a desk.

The final few days before exchange were especially stressful due to delays outside of their control, yet the team continued to chase, update and support us throughout. Their professionalism and commitment gave us confidence during what could easily have been an overwhelming experience.

Buying a house is often described as one of life's most stressful events, but having Kaylee, Karen and Lyndsey acting on our behalf made a huge difference. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a conveyancing team that is knowledgeable, diligent, approachable and genuinely cares about their clients.

Thank you all for helping us get into our dream home.

We used Hayward Moon for conveyancing on the sale of a flat and were hugely impressed. The big thing was that the conveyancer for the buyer were terrible - but our side at HM never gave up, constantly chasing and going the extra mile, and keeping us updated, often as they pushed to do things the other side should have done etc. We honestly don't think our sale would have gone through with any other conveyancing firm.

Emma and Courtney helped with both our house sale and house purchase. The communication was absolutely brilliant with very timely responses. We were kept up to date with everything. I would most definitely recommend and would always use again for myself.

We employed Hayward Moon's Histon office to carry out the conveyancing on the sale of our old house. We were assigned Kerryanne Pond to work on our behalf, who was friendly and professional every step of the way, despite some protracted see-sawing at the buyer's end. The entire process was conducted online, with no meetings or even phone calls, which could well be an advantage to people with anxiety issues over personal contact. The first time I spoke to Kerryanne was this morning after the sale was completed and that was because I'd made it clear that I wanted to personally thank her for her work. I would highly recommend Hayward Moon and in fact we are already planning to employ them on another conveyancing matter.
