Bought the set of 3 Portofino pictures
Bought the set of 3 Portofino pictures. Says online that you can hang them in minutes and they provide brackets and fixtures.
Took us 2 hours to hang so certainly not a quick wall mount.
Also the come with brackets attached to the picture 1/3 down the frame so had to use 6 nails to wall mount.
They also said the brackets were the fixtures. Very misleading.

Poor quality do no buy
I ordered 2 prints. Did not realise they had plastic Perspex in front of them really disappointed in quality. I work away from home and my husband has hung them so I can not return. Just want others not to waste their money cheap and nasty product with a high price tag I paid £269 fo these items definitely not worth it

Awful customer service
Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Paid for product missing in delivery and almost 3 weeks later still no resolution. No contact number, lazy email response. Avoid

Wow, received our pair of Grey Horizon 60x60.
Order process seamless, delivery on time, packaging great(no chance of transit damage) and the artwork looks fabulous either side of our fireplace hearth.

Do not buy!
I have 2 canvases from this company. I loved them until they suddenly started turning yellow after not even having them for a year. I contacted customer service who told me to be patient despite emailing every week for 6 weeks with no resolution just that they were asking the production team. They then stopped replying back to my emails about 2 weeks ago and I have had no refund or replacement. Do not spend your money on these.

Hi Abi, I'm sorry about your experience with our customer service earlier this year — the delays in responding weren't acceptable and I've apologised to you personally for that. Since taking this on directly, I've reviewed the images on your email thread and from what I can see, the canvases appear identical to how they look on our site.
I've asked you to send over some higher quality close-up photos so I can properly assess the yellowing you've described, and I'm still waiting on those. I've also offered to send a full replacement set in the meantime as a gesture of goodwill.
We genuinely want to get this resolved for you — as soon as those photos come through to alistair@hdlondonart.com, I'll get it sorted. Thank you.

Purchased two paintings, which arrived quickly and undamaged due to excellent packaging
Slight issue during order which was very quickly rectified, refreshing to see good old fashioned customer service still exists. Excellent communication throughout and exceptionally happy with paintings.
