Caroline answered all questions promptly & within the timescale she promised & was really friendly & helpful.

Have ordered previously from Rowen and been very happy with my purchase and delivery. Unfortunately on this occasion DPD did not deliver. I filed a comment with Rowen and had a lovely prompt reply from a Rowen Customer Experience Representative. She has refunded my P&P and is contacting DPD on my behalf. I am very impressed with her assistance. When I eventually receive my order I am sure I will be just as happy with their products as I have been previously. Thank you Steph G

Ordered this item over a month ago. Kept getting false updates about the product. Customer services said magically the rug was in stock and it could be sent out. However, upon receiving the rug we found all documentation had been removed from the rug and it is clearly a different rug that has been sent to the one ordered. Deeply disappointed.

Stephanie G dealt with my issue very quickly and to my satisfaction. I had a slight problem with a throw I had ordered but she soon put it right. Very responsive and issue sorted within a couple of hours. Thank you

I rang to say I hadn't received my order, only to be told that it was being returned by DPD as they had damaged the contents of my parcel. Nobody had notified me of this. I spoke to Amy, who was extremely helpful. She dealt with the issue promptly and resolved it. Amy was friendly, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. She is a credit to Rowen Homes.

I tried for ages to find a wallpaper to match my front room. This is beautiful and so easy to put up
I over ordered and sent 2 back & was refunded in 2 days no quibbles

Every single product i get from this Company are 5 stars and over excellent quality excellent packaging and first delivery I’m obsessed i can say some of the items are very expensive but i can see why. I’m truly one Happy Customer i won’t go anywhere else

Returned item as unsuitable and had to ring to follow up on refund, spoke with Amy who was extremely helpful and processed my refund quickly.

Lovely pictures.downside is that they looked slightly darker on web page.i would say not quite taupe!! But keeping them as they still go with decor. Would buy from this company there products are first class and great value for money
