Would have given it 6 stars if I could, can’t recommend enough!

I have many items from Rowen Homes, everything has been of amazing quality and reasonably priced.

Delivery notifications are great and items arrived pretty quickly, with no delivery problems.

I haven’t had to deal with customer service however. I imagine they would also be spot on!!

Ayesha from metro centre store went above and beyond in dealing with my decision to purchase a new sofa, I could have easily bought online however after the help Ayesha gave us we felt more comfortable and at ease with the personal touch we received in store, big thanks and so looking forward to delivery day! Victoria range in oyster chenille.

Absolutely love Rowen Homes products. My daughter was desperate for the Ivy Taupe & Cream Woven Knot Wall Art, we ordered it for her hallway and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit and in that moment I imagined would be a real hassle to return and get a replacement, but I rang the customer services number and actually very quickly spoke to a human! Steph, who explained she would arrange collection and send out a new delivery. I sent over pictures of the damaged product and collection was arranged for the next day. Surprisingly this actually happened, the next day and two days later the new item arrived, double packaged to protect the art. Was absolutely thrilled. Steph was so helpful and her professionalism and friendliness made the fact delivery hadn’t gone smoothly initially, a distant memory. Please don’t change Rowen Homes, and become AI. To call customer services and an actual person answers is becoming so rare. Keep up the good work and we shall continue to purchase 🤗

Great selection of products. Quick delivery and perfect cushion, just what I wanted, so will be ordering more.

I ordered cushions and a very large Graziano mirror . From sale to delivery of cushions , an excellent service .
The delivery company left my mirror secured to the pallet at the back of my house. We had to get rid of very large wooden pallet and additional packing which I wasn’t expecting .
However the mirror is absolutely stunning and makes a statement in my room .

I loved nearly all of my order but had to return an item due to it not matching with my intended room. Jess C was beyond helpful in the return process and arranged multiple ways of me being able to return this item back to them. Very grateful for the amazing help received by Jess C. Thanks again

Both Steph and Caroline were very helpful. Unfortunately both my original and replacement ornament was damaged. But they were both understanding and Caroline sent out a replacement, it arrived damaged so Steph sorted out a refund and I am going to choose something else.
Item I believe got damaged in transit as was fragile

I had an issue with a promotional code that appeared through Facebook/Meta but unfortunately wasn’t applied when I placed my order. I contacted Rowen and Grace was absolutely lovely. She explained what had happened, was friendly and helpful throughout, and very kindly honoured the offer and arranged the £10 refund.

I am an interior designer and have used RowenHomes many times for items to complete my projects. The website is wonderful to navigate, ordering is easy, all the goods that I have ordered have been delivered in a timely fashion, in good order, well packed and of very good quality. I will continue to use them in both a personal and professional capacity.

Great customer service. I ordered the Decorative gold shell ornament which arrived broken. Brooke attended to me. she was very kind and helped me order a replacement.The new one arrived on time, its so pretty, i love my purchase.
