I ordered a piece of furniture
I ordered a piece of furniture - a bed and then didn’t hear anything. I telephoned and then Jess dealt with my query and the bed was delivered a couple of days later. Then the bed arrived it had a stain. I am now in talks about the bed.

So many retailers nowadays don't offer a contact number, or make it really hard to find let alone speak to someone!
Caroline was SO helpful. My wallpaper samples had gone missing in the post so she refunded me in full and send out a new batch.

I have ordered a few item from this company and always been really pleased with goods. They have a great customer service department who are very helpful and pleasant. The items have been sent speedly with good communication. I would not hesiatate to order from this company

Think carefully about paying before you actually know 100% you will receive your item.
Ordered two gold and cream cushions stock said 2 left in stock placed order and paid plus postage £30.47 .
My money taken instantly and message back your order is cancelled and a refund will be issued in 5 to 10 days .
Plus a credit of a gift card to for £10 which has to be spent on the account which would obviously mean spending more money of mine . And they ask you will you accept the £10 credit but you CANT ACCESS a person.
Everything was on line .
Then if you try again you get a reply saying we understand your query was dealt with . ??

Was also told that it’s my card holder who prevents my money from being paid back instantly.
I will check this and update on here
Not happy with the fact the company hold my money when they know they cannot supply the order .
Received a response from Rowen standard message reading other dissatisfied customers some still waiting for refunds seems same reply is sent ending with a x
