I love Rowen Hones, I’ve had quite a few things from there now. Unfortunately my latest order arrived damaged and I had to get in touch with their customer services team. They emailed me straight away and arranged a refund for the damaged item. Thank you to the lovely Poppy for sorting this so quickly 🩷🩷🩷

Jenna was really helpful and got my problem sorted as soon as possible nothing was to much trouble great customer service.

I experienced a problem with a bed that I had paid for not being available. Jenna was incredible; she addressed all my questions and resolved the issue promptly. I would definitely recommend Rowen Homes.

I had a really poor experience at the start of trying to resolve my issues because none of my emails were being replied to. I had to reach out via the support mechanism of the website multiple times. I wanted to return 1 of the items and another had arrived damaged. I went around the houses with replacements going to the wrong address, a non-working return form and a lot of long email chains. But eventually I was put in contact with Rosie. She was fantastic and got all of the issues sorted. Despite the poor experience at the start I am really happy with the end result. The damaged item was eventually replaced and unfortunately the replacement was also damaged (not Rowen's fault in my opinion, more the delivery company) so Rosie went ahead and refunded me and even provided a good-will voucher for my terrible experience. This is what customer service should look like. Rosie is a 5‑star employee. I’m giving 4 stars overall only because it took over a month before I was finally connected with someone competent who could resolve everything.

Brilliant customer service. Spoke to Rosie through email regarding an issue with purchase a few months back and she sorted the problem straight away. Recommend this company and love my purchase so will be back!

Ordered some cushions and ornament the cushions weren’t quite right for what I wanted but had a nice call from Grace about future orders. My refund was dealt with very quickly would order again as I loved my ornament thank you ☺️

I had a parcel arrive damaged by the courier we had to send this item back , I contacted the team from Rowen and immediately had a response and a replacement item sent straight out , first class service I’m so very grateful and will definitely shop here again 5* star service thanks again

Amazing experience with Rowen homes. Faulty item delivered. Upon contacting them with the issue, they were very rapid in their response and sorted it with no problems at all. I spoke to a colleague called Rosie and she was very understanding and sorted the issue promptly. Would highly recommend tower homes-beautiful items and excellent customer service!

Good delivery, product received had some imperfections and I was not satisfied with the product for the amount paid.
Poppy dealt with my issue and was helpful and resolved the problem as best she could as no stock was available for a replacement.

I had a query re ordering a product that was showing as constantly out of stock. Jenna very kindly made enquiries with the team re this and provided me with the answer. Jenna was very helpful throughout.

I received my order of many lovely Rowen products - but realised that one vase was missing. It was early evening, but I sent a query via their website. The next morning I had a reply from Jess F - letting me know that the vase was being issued from the supplier and would be on its way to me shortly. Great customer service - and products too. Just a quick warning though - it’s really hard to know what to choose from their brilliant selection!

There was a mix up regarding the delivery. Jenna was very helpful and made sure it was all sorted.
