**1 Star – Completely ignored for 9 days**

Extremely disappointing customer service from Rowen Homes.

I returned two cushions worth £44.97 via Royal Mail. The parcel is currently being held for collection due to an apparent postage shortfall, despite me paying for the return as a medium parcel.

I contacted Rowen Homes **nine days ago** to explain the situation and offered a very simple solution: collect the parcel and **deduct any additional postage charge from my refund**.

I received no response.

I followed up again four days ago because I was concerned Royal Mail would eventually return the parcel to me if it remained uncollected. **That email has also been completely ignored.**

So despite paying to return the items, providing the tracking information and offering to cover any additional postage charge, I have now been **ignored for nine days while my return simply sits waiting for collection**.

I understand that postage issues can happen. What I don't find acceptable is a retailer simply **ignoring a customer for nine days when they are actively trying to resolve the problem**.

Very poor customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience. Based on how this return has been handled, I would not purchase from Rowen Homes again.

Called up customer service as I recieved a damaged item. I spoke to Grace who made arrangements to pick up & redelivery of my item. Was a very easy process Thank you

I have many items from Rowen Homes, everything has been of amazing quality and reasonably priced.

Delivery notifications are great and items arrived pretty quickly, with no delivery problems.

I haven’t had to deal with customer service however. I imagine they would also be spot on!!
