First class customer service. Very knowledgeable with no wait time.

It's simple, clearcut, consistent. The telephone assistants are polite, knowledgable and helpful when needed and the draws dependable.

However long term the interest rate is a killer and so it isn't an arrangement meant for stop gap measures when clients don't pay on time but rather emergencies.

Would be interested in another product by this well run organization with more lower interest rates that can be sustained for a longer relationship.

It's nice that the money is available, but the interest rate is just way to high.

I tried to do a draw on my line and it said the date of the transfer would be in 7 days. That's not workable for an LOC.

Service is good, but way expensive. Existing customers should be given a break

I’ve been using Headway Capital for years now. It’s been very easy to use and practical to draw funds from my line of credit for my business for the most part. But the APR is way too high, kinda disappointed that I’ve never got a reduction of my APR after all of those years with them.

Headway Capital makes access to all of our loan documents extremely easy, as well as the access to our LOC when needed. Customer Service representatives are easy to reach, and our relationship with our account manager has been great.

last year at this time balance was 25,000 this year its 34,000, been paying 450 a month, how is that possible? your guys a thiefs, please don't do business with these people.

Horrible, horrible service and the interest rate is just outright theft - they should be ashamed of themselves for "stealing" from small business owners. NEVER AGAIN.

Dont ask for money to this company they are a predator I got 14k and they charge me 79% percent.

They are terrible. They misapplied my payoff, and took the next $6,300 payment from my account anyway. When they found the mistake they said they would refund my "overpayment" in 7 to 10 business days! I didn't overpay ... you stole funds from me! I understand this is a standard business plan of theirs ... horrible horrible horrible.

Terrible Rates. We accepted their offer of the "Premium Product" in order to build business credit, but that "premium product" has over 50% APR AND has a draw fee. You do not speak with anyone there after the sales pitch, so I cant give them points on that, but they do fund quickly. Depending on your cash flow and desperateness, you may which to look elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible company to do business with. Your payment is due on the first? They’ll take it out on the 25th -10th. Basically whenever they feel like it. All customer service people are sassy and rude. Terrible bank.

Headway has performed exactly as advertised. Draws are timely and accurate.
