Horrible experience. I have about $140,000 running through my bank account in the last three months. I've been in business for over 10 years. I went on the website and filled out their information. They came back with an offer. Then the offer disappeared, someone new contacted me, then they found the offer, then I applied with the same information on the website with that lender. And then after I sign all the paperwork and go through all the stuff again for the third time they decline me. They said I have a lawsuit that I have no idea what they're talking about. I have no lawsuits against my company and I've never been in a lawsuit. They don't lend money they're a broker and CANNOT make a desision. Go to Rok Financial if you want somebody that really knows what they're doing. That's what I did after wasting about a week of my time. Unorganized joke. PS They sent me a link to Giggle finance for a $3000 loan. NO JOKE real name and true 3K. lol

With extremely good credit they were trying to push a loan at 69% interest. Biggest scam loans brokers I ever saw Never would I suggest anyone ever deal with these theives

Stumbled upon lendio online and applied. I figured it was another complicated long process loan company so I ignored many calls. When I finally answered the phone Soren instantly seemed to care and took the time to learn about my bussiness. After getting sidetracked with normal conversation he said he would send over my options. Within hours I had multiple offers and after passing ideas back and forth with Soren we came up with a plan. I was funded the same day after minimal submitted document. I definitely recommend seeing what Lendio has to offer. Very fast and easy!

Made several promises that he knew he wouldn’t be able to keep. The end result is that I’m stuck with a large loan with high interest and long repayment instead of the more attractive options he told me I would be presented with. Be careful, they will say “policies have change recently” to protect themselves from any false information they will provide you.

If you’re a small business or maybe other bigger lenders turned you down definitely give lendio a shot. From the very beginning our account manager Kayla made sure she was available if she wasn’t she always promptly sent an email letting me know she’ll be reaching out shortly and always did. Answered all questions I had went above and beyond and made sure we weren’t getting ourselves in something we couldn’t handle just yet and I can respect that. She got to understand what our main needs are for the moment and helped in securing our first business loan. Definitely go with Lendio be realistic with your expectations and make sure Kayla is your account specialist. 10/10

lendio could offer better interest rates and longer loan amount, 18 months is not enough.

Their customer service is A+ but can improve in future
like offering 3,4,5 years loans on interest rate under 10% apr.

I expect when discussing business matters. A person should be professional but not this guy he was rude ass hell. literally hung up on me because I didn't choose this company as a lender what is wrong with people these days?
At this point, I’ve decided to move forward with another provider. I’m glad I didn’t do business with this company

Idi was great and helped me to quickly optionally funds to pay for some inventory for my business.He had great follow through, and is a great professional.
I would highly recommend using this service.
The only drawback with Lendio was that I was not able to obtain as much funding as I needed, even though my yearly income is well over 200,000 and I have a great FICA score.

Josh was great and helpful in assisting me to get the funds I need for working capital he didn’t stop until he got me it from start to finish he keep great communication until I got the funds thank you very much Josh.
