Great buying experience
Katya was very helpful, showing sofa fabric swatches and overcoming a glitch with the order. The whole experience was relaxed and un-rushed.
At last we have found some stylish sofas that feel great, look fantastic and aren't too deep.

Customer Service have no idea what is going on
The item I wanted disappeared from the website, I called them they said they did have stock but couldn't sell it to me, but it was a website glitch and to check back in a few weeks. I did, it was still missing so I emailed them, was told it was out of stock and now I've looked and it is on the website. [insert exploding head emoji here]. Not helpful as an interior designer trying to specify a product to be messed around like this.

The simplicity to navigate
The simplicity to navigate. Online experience... nothing short of what I would expect from Heals. I live in Switzerland now, but I am happy to visit the store on Tottenham Court Road whenever I manage to get back to London.
