Very happy with setting up process
My experience to set my pet insurance up was easy and a decent monthly direct debit cost. I'm pleased not to have needed to put a claim in yet and therefore unable to comment on the claiming process

I was impressed how quick Healthy Pets…
I was impressed how quick Healthy Pets sorted my case. I had such a bad experience with Argos Pet insurance about dental plan, and then I changed for Healthy pets because they are one of the only insurer that cover dental plan apart from Argos. But this time, I was not prepared for the illness of my Clarinha, she had cancer and needed surgery, including x-rays, blood tests and lab samples... I was emotionally overwhelmed (dealing with Clara and my mother illness at the same time). the last thing I wanted, would be another hassle dealing with insurer. It was the opposite! They were so helpful and quick, I am profoundly grateful for the support (their communication) and promptness (in one week sorted out)from Healthy Pets in one of the worst moment in my life!! That meant a lot to me!

Very helpful staff
After receiving my quote for pet insurance. I was horrified to see it double. I went on a comparison site and found healthy pets. I completed the form. However I wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal. The young man talked me through it and reassured I was correct. Ended up covering my dog for a lot less money. Very happy, with no hassle.

I've had my dog Harvey with Healthy…
I've had my dog Harvey with Healthy Pets until I lost him. My cat Rossie unfortunately he got run over & died .I've been happy with how things we handled by yourselves so there was no doubt who Milo would be insured with.
The only thing that puzzles me is his insurance is cheaper than my other cat .When I first insured it we had got it as a girl Rosie but after a few weeks things started to grow so it was a boy in formed them we had a Rossie not Rosie I then had to pay another £ 70+ on top of the £70+ I had already paid, I don't know why it over £140. I was always pleased with the service I received with Harvey over time , Rossie didn't need any.

I can't give zero stars
I can't give zero stars . I contacted them after two years of paying and not needing them. My cat became in pain because of teeth.
They would not pay because they said 'its an ongoing issue' it wasn't ongoing at all.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to take pet insurance with this company!! I had to ask a charity for help with the cost!!
I have emailed you. In fact I emailed you before this review was written. Maybe check your email inbox. I was saying I didn't want insurance with you for that reason

Stay clear. Paid insurance premiums for my dog for…
Paid insurance premiums for my dog for nearly 9 years , after becoming unwell refused to pay out a penny for help after deciding actually he is not covered after all . Ultimately, turned out to be cancer and we lost our boy. Then after happily taking my money for nearly 9 years , then admitting his cover would never have been valid from day 1 refused to pay back any money. Took my money for a service that would not have been available without telling me that. Refused to help when needed , then kept the lot which they should never have been entitled to. I put the loss of my dog solely at their door and their lack of empathy in the name of profit was pure cold greed. Evil company. Case date dec 2024
