Reassured when we needed it most
We were initially really worried about whether our Lifetime Pet Cover policy would cover Albie, our French Bulldog, especially after reading some previous reviews from other Frenchie owners who had experienced difficulties with claims.
Thankfully, we had a completely different experience.
Albie needed X-rays and an MRI following problems with his spine, and Lifetime Pet Cover paid out for everything we claimed for, minus our excess. The claims process was straightforward and easy to deal with. They obtained the relevant medical history directly from our vets and specialists, which made the whole process much less stressful for us.
When you’re already worried about your pet, the last thing you need is to be fighting with an insurance company over whether treatment is covered. We were really relieved that Lifetime Pet Cover did exactly what we hoped our insurance would do and supported us when we needed it.
We’re really pleased with the service we received and would absolutely recommend Lifetime Pet Cover to other pet owners, particularly those with breeds that can sometimes have more complicated health needs.
Thank you for making a stressful time a little easier for us and Albie. 🐾❤️
