I recently put in a claim for our cat's vet bill. The whole process was smooth, the communication with the company was faultless and my claim all went through within 2 weeks.

I would definitely choose this company again when my renewal is due next year!

Really friendly and knowledgeable of the product. Didn't rush anything and was happy to go over items again when necessary . Good price for what is promised. (Of course like any insurance, test will be if I ever have to use it) So fingers crossed! 😀

very honest lovely experience as a first time puppy owner, it was daunting looking for cover for casper there is so many companies.

Absolute disgrace of a company paid my pets insurance for 10 years never made a claim until this year when my dog was diagnosed with cancer this company refused to settle the final amount with my vets as they wanted the rest of the years premium paid first! Essentially telling me my dog died at the wrong time of year had he have died in march and not June they would have paid the final claim bill,instead they deducted the amount outstanding left for the policy year from the money they were meant to pay to the vets and told me I know have to pay all outstanding amounts directly to the vets myself! There is also a payment of £500 due upon the death of my pet from this company and they now refuse to pay this as my dog was over 8 years old! Absolutely disgusting company I’ve paid thousands to them over 10 years and the one time I claim I’ve ended up paying more personally than the £2000 per year my dog was insured for and there’s no apology condolences or compassion at all I suggest everyone to read everything on there policy as this company seem to change the policy details to suit them

I discovered my dog wasn't insured for a full year when I contacted Lifetime about not receiving my renewal invite. Apparently there was an 'IT issue' which meant that it did not auto-renew & I received zero communication about it. I assumed the money was coming off our joint account as normal as I did not cancel the policy. Now they want us to pay the full premium for last year to ensure my dog is covered for pre-exsiting conditions, and at £1000, we cannot afford that. So now we need to move insurers and she won't be covered for the pre-existing conditions - which is why we took out the top level cover in the first place. We are just lucky we did not have to claim within that year! I raised a formal complaint of which I am still waiting for a proper response.

Good to set up untill I got to dd details I put mine in then the page disappeared so didn't know if it had been set up or not. But price was good I hope they stand up to the good reviews it has .. only time will tell... wts..
