This casino administration is extremely exploitative and condescending. They knowingly encourage players to make actions that will disqualify them from withdrawing, and they don’t give any information about adverse consequences. They just wait til you already win to inform you that they guided you to be ineligible to make a withdrawal, and then the condescending “customer service” rep basically slandered me and justified the intentionally deceptive practices used by the establishment. Don’t recommend anyone go here unless you’re up for being scammed

Won on no deposit bonus and I logged out to come back later when I logged back in my money was gone. When speaking with customer service rep she was extremely condescending with nothing but excuses, no explanation other than I played the money which I absolutely DID NOT! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE PLAY WITH THIS CASINO NOT EVEN ON THEIR FREEPLAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Same game with my money 200$ not a bonus, one dollar spins, 150 spins before I finally got free games and won 2.30$ another 20 spins before I hit one of the 4 available bonus rounds, won 15, then nothing. Scammers. I tried to withdraw when I finally won, they deleted my account and the $1100 of "withdrawable" funds with it.

Scam. Sends free chip. Says no deposit, but won't let you withdraw without a credit card deposit.

I won first place in a tournament. The prize was 67 dollars and they gave me $106. Then told me I couldn't cash out due to multiple free promotions.
Here's the thing, they have denied my attempts to use promos by saying "sorry" once I enter the code. Sometimes they grant it. It seems to me that since they can deny or approve a promo request then that takes away any right they have for complaint. Forget the fact that I haven't seen any warnings on any online casino warning anyone that even if they're approved a promo request that they will not allow you to withdraw winnings even if you win in their tournaments or if you play through their outrageous playthrough requirements. I'm contacting the gaming commission and looking into what needs done to force online casinos to take accountability.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. The casino requires a min of $30 deposit before cashing out on a "free" bonus. Also they rejected every document as well as every photo I submitted for proof of identification. Customer service advised me to get help by emailing the customer service's email account. Also when I requested the deletion of my account they claimed it wasn't allowed. SCAMMERS. they denied my every attempt to withdrawal my winnings yet required me to make a non refundable $30 verification deposit. It does NOT make sense. Why would I deposit money when already I've been denied identity validation.

These guys are a legitimate scam! I won a free tournament and they removed it from my account without paying! Even their terms and conditions didn't support this! Trevor is a support employee who did it and I'm reporting this to their local and international authorities!! Do not use them ever!

Scammers! Still trying my cash out of 100.00 via Bitcoin! No replies to my emails and they keep putting my withdrawal back in my casino account! Update...I received a reply. Usa can only withdraw using Bitcoin. They insist you have to have a wallet starting with a 1 or 3! All 5 of my btc wallets start with a B! Another way for them to screw you!

They denied my first deposit and ten minutes later someone from Hong Kong attempted to take money out of my bank they are scammers beware!!!!
