Heaps of Wins Reviews

I signed up with thid website with the 100 free spins of dragon gems, Withough realisation, I had a playthrough bonus of 1,300 dollors, I actually managed to get all the way through the play through, and still had 400 dollors. After the playthrough was completed, it automatically took 280 dollors back as a playthrough bonus.... I but I only had 90 dollors in there..... i mistakingly depostied the 30 dollors in hope of taking out the 90... I then had to message them, they wanted my id, and bank account details to deposit, I did so, regretfully.... I asked them how long it would take they told be between 3-5 buisnezs days, which i asked them it seemed a long time to wait they assured me it would be okay and to be patient... today I went to go and log into my account, and I am completely locked out of the website.. absolute scam

I don’t know why I didn’t read the reviews for this online casino before I spent any money on here. I deposited so many times with no winnings. I was given $10 dollars free bonus with max cash out of $100. I actually won and submitted my withdraw and it’s been almost a week and nothing. At first when I asked they told me I would be paid in 3 business days. And when i ask where is my withdrawal again now they say to be patient

Waiting on my withdrawal since 29th November. Egnored by payments since 30th Nov please help me get my money I honestly won. Noone should have to wait over 2 weeks for there winnings. All my details and documents where excepted by Daniella in payments on the 30th November. Had to send bank statements an all. I done every thing asked of me and I want my money.

9hehshsh good game

Used a no rules bonus, deposited $50 which gave me $150 to play with. Won $1000 but when i tried to withdraw it they took the money themselves and put my $50 back in my casino balance and would not send me my winnings. Scammers

Such liars. DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE! They will do EVERYTHING they can to not pay out including calling comps free chips when in their terms they specifically say a deposit must be made between 2 THATS TWO COMP redemption. But if you win with comps they will then deny your withdrawal and tell you used multiple free chips. Also, BEWARE OF THEIR TACTICS. If you have a pending withdrawal with them, just block all their emails. The reason they have such a long waiting time for approval is because they will keep sending you free spins. DO NOT CLICK THEM! It's another trick they use to void out your winnings. Once you click the redeem or claim tab it'll automatically take you to the coupon screen and claim it for you. If you have any pending withdrawals they will deny your withdrawal request almost immediately after claim your free spins. DON'T FALL FOR THIS TRICK!!! They've also used this method to screw me so I'm going to warn EVERYONE! BETTER JUST TO AVOID THESE SCAM/SCUM ARTISTS. OH YEAH! ALSO, DONT FALL FOR THOSE FREE CHIP EMAILS! It won't mention anything about a Min. Dep. so once you deposit and redeem them, they'll deny your winnings by either saying you didn't deposit the min $30 or they won't honor the terms of the coupon. Oh yeah, I have screenshots, saved convos with live chats, have emails, and screen recordings. I'll be happy share them with anyone.

Wish i’ve seen the reviews before playing here! STAY AWAY! SCAM SCUM SCAM!
Save your money!

I redeemed the $100 chip no problem. MYHEAPS100
Clicked on about 10 or so slots and all have the same issue of opening up. Instead there's a message stating
lobby.123lobbygames.com refused to connect.

No Communication, send emails numerous times but no reply
Live Chat is not helpful, doesnt answer questions and tells you to send an email.
Refusing to pay out winnings even if there are manager approved Its been now over 4 weeks and getting the run around,
Most trusted Casino on the Net, is there slogan
I dont think so,

I deposited with no bonuses, straight deposit using my bank account and I won fair and square. And prior to depositing I asked their chat staff if withdrawls to bank account is something they do and they assured me that I can. I've attempted over 10 times and it's been over a month they are refusing to send my money via wire transfer which there's no limitations or as one of the emails I got "However, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to process wire transfer payments due to unforeseen circumstances". Although I enjoy playing on their but they need to pay players out and shut shop because alot of illegal activity on their end. But they'll strip anything because of the smallest thing. Yet they're the ones that are committing the illegal acts. And specially asking for very personal and legal documents which is all provided to verify the account. But they shouldn't be asking for things like that if they're going to play the silly goose game because they've essentially stolen my identity. So something need to be done about this casino ASAP before it starts costing many other victims. They only want to payout using crypto based? I didn't deposit with crypto and their own staff assured me that I can withdrawl to my bank.

Absolute rort! I should of learnt my lesson the first time they scammed me. Bullcrap excuses to not pay you. Now they are telling me their collegue made a mistake and I need to playthrugh more. They keep changing the rules.

Bullcrap had winnings off free spins and they removed it due to multiple free bonuses there a SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

No good, stay clear, u can see the scam as ur playing, there is no way in a feature someone could be so unlucky as to win $5 off as many as 8 features on $2 bet, it’s a complete scam so thro ur money to someone who at least gives u a decent fun play, it really is a crap site. I’ve blocked

They refuse to payout the winnings.. They say its duo to some limitations, but ive allready talked to my bank and they have no limitations.. So the limitation is on the casinos part, and something tells me they allready knew that.. This has to be a scam!!!

Awaiting payment of $920.00 a week ago, still nothing.????

This casino does not have a licence it is a scam casino do not waste your money I have beaten the free spins bonus and attempted to withdraw several times on several different bonuses each time I brought temps to withdraw the free requirement and was told that I required an extra 407 It wasn't anywhere available for me to see on my account. Paid attention I have played many free spins on a free no deposit bonus which you seem to get on the regular you get spins in the spins over and over as soon as you deposit real money you get nothing. The best casino I have found and the only one which paid out my winnings was sol casino I made a $55 deposit and pulled out 4000 the same day. Unlike this casino which will ignore you until you force them to respond and then they will just tell you bear face lies. Yeah keeper wins and all of its sister affiliates are scam thieves do not invest do not engage.

I just submitted $100 withdrawal from this site. On 1/25/2023 at 11:15am. I won it on no deposit promotion. Sent all my verifications as well. So far withdraw was approved and says it be at least 5 days. I will update progress as soon as I get it. Until I do I will update the stars. Until then I just give 1 star. Casino did pay up but I don't like that they charge you to verify

It's a SCAM. DON'T PLAY. THEY STOLE MONEY I WON!!! Told me to Pay in and i will receive my winnings. And they've send s*#t

THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY AMORAL AND UNETHICAL, don’t send your money in their direction because they’ll rip you off. I had only played there once before, I went on the site and made a deposit. I opened the game and there was $22 on my account which came out of nowhere. I tried to play it down knowing my deposit was going in, it was down to $14. My deposit hit which with the bonus was $500 and I proceeded to win. I was up to about $4800, made a max withdrawal and still had $980 left. The next day I went to check on my withdrawal, they denied it, wiped out my whole winning and gave me back my deposit saying I “mixed funds.” I never approved of, requested or even notified to the reward they added to my account, I had no reason to believe there would be a reward. I made an honest deposit and I won fair and square yet they’re taking my $4800 all becaus le THEY MIXED FUNDS INTO MY ACCOUNT. I explained the situation to Nemo their Supervisor and he brushed it off like it was my fault. What’s to stop these guys from adding a reward whenever they want as soon as you click the deposit button??? You would have no idea and if you won the winnings would be voided. They have an obligation to notify the players of these rewards but do they? NO, they just drop them in randomly and they do this on purpose just for this reason. This company is associated with Raging Bull, Silver Oak, Slots of Vegas etc and one thing that’s consistent with all of them is that all company procedures are bereft of any ethical decision making and I would say in fact that they are made with specific disregard of ethics especially when it comes to paying out any $$$. Not only that, these casinos all blatantly lie about their payout timelines, for example Crypto Loko, another one of their casinos, advertises instant payouts and paid in minutes, when in fact the first thing support will tell you if you ask them is that they don’t payout instantly and not even within 24 hours!!! In fact every withdrawal I’ve made with these casinos has taken over a month except when I used Coindraw to get paid WHICH THEY CONVENIENTLY REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT SAYING IT WAS IN A TESTING PHASE!! These guys are as dirty as it gets, they lure you with the big bonuses but really they’re just sweetening the pot for them and they will screw you at every turn!!!!
