Heathrow Express Reviews 

Anyone should be carefill if you are traveling from terminal 4 , especially. Since Heathrow express says that its takes you 15 mins to get to Terminal 2&3 and then transfer to Term 4 takes aprox 4 mins, well its not true. 20-25mins MINIMUM to wait in between this terminals and all together it wil take you same if you take underground....
Its just unbelievable that Heathrow epress is not running their service in between terminals!!! How come is that different?and why you do not mention this befoe I buy the ticket??

Disrespectful to younger customers shouting in people’s face don’t use Heathrow express their prices are very expensive!

Bought a business first class return ticket, and when I tried to used it to return, the controller told me "it's been used sir." Yeah it sure has, to get to London, and now I'm using it to get back. "You can't reuse a used ticket sir." It's a 2 way return, that's the whole concept! Ended up having to show the receipt and credit card I bought the ticket with, like I'm using a found ticket or something. Incompetent staff.

Bad Service and expensive. They just cancelled two trains in a row . Super unreliable

Price is high but to London in 15 mins with free WiFi. Not bad

This company is just rotten, rotten to the core. I paid £25 for one way to Paddington. After a long flight I had to make a 20 minute walk to the station (even though they say it is in the terminal, it is not). After getting down the escalator, my train was closing the doors. I ran towards the train, the staff just stood and watched as I was 2 seconds late for the closing door. They just stood and stared and then told me I should be here earlier. Absolutely awful, way over priced and NO service whatsoever. If I pay £25 for one way, I expect them to hold the door for me if I am on the platform. I can't wait for crossrail so these nasty employees can lose their jobs. Ha ha ha. Crossrail will ruin this company inside a week

Couldn't sync T4 train. It took me almost one hour to get from Terminal 4 to Paddington.

Nothing like an express service from Terminal 4. £25 and nearly an hour to get to Paddington. Utterly lamentable and a demonstration of another monopoly provider giving shoddy service

Cross rail will bring prices down, but the service is amazing. clean + on time. what more do you want? (cheaper prices!) :)

I'm leaving a 1 star review for the "managers" involved in the job interviews, assessments and role play on September 16th at Premier Inn Hotel Heathrow who have failed to get back to me with a simple "yes" or "no" after i spent 4 hours there being interviewed for a job. It's basic manners, after someone has attended a job interview, to at the very least email them to let them know the outcome. Even if the answer is "no" rules of consideration, decency, and general etiquette still apply. I can only imagine what it is like working for these "managers" if they lack the humanness, manners and communication skills to inform prospective employees the outcome of their job application.

I bought a roundtrip ticket to and from Heathrow. On my return to the airport, I was told last minute that trains were inoperable causing me to miss my flight. I am still waiting for my compensation.

Still the best way to get to Heathrow. Friday night for a quick weekend away, it's a lottery on road traffic, I would recommend using especially at peak travel times.

I would happily advocate the Heathrow Express service, not only was it very fast (only 15 minutes) but it was luxurious and convenient.
Travelling from Paddington to Heathrow, this will be my way of starting all of my business trips from now on.
