HeatOn Gas & Heating Services Ltd Reviews

During the cold Christmas period, our heating system developed an intermittent fault. Loyd and his team were excellent—responsive, easy to deal with, and persistently worked to diagnose and fix this tricky issue. Highly recommended.

Arrived on time and sent a message to confirm. Pleasant chap serviced the boiler quickly and was done within the hour
Thanks

As usual, Tyler was punctual, polite and professional

Told us when on the way, did what was needed and was happy to sort a problem

Prompt, polite and efficient

Great experience with a professional team. The scheduling lady managed to arrange a quick visit despite a busy time period. The Heaton engineer (Tyler) identified and fixed the problem. Great job. Thank you very much.

Great company! Friendly, efficient and excellent service at a reasonable price. I will certainly be using them again.

Loyd and his team have come to my rescue a number of times and are great at the plumbing and heating services they provide! They conduct all my annual landlord gas certificate checks on time with helpful reminders. They also provide competitive estimates for other plumbing and heating work. I would certainly recommend their services.

Pleasure to deal with, starting with the office manager, then the two plumbers.

Many gas engineers are reluctant to touch flueless gas fires and we had trouble finding anyone to take on the job when our Pinoir fire's catalysts needed replacing.
Neil from HeatOn Gas & Heating couldn't have been more helpful. He changed the catalysts then checked and rechecked the fire for every conceivable potential problem. A thoroughly professional job.

Kept well informed of visit by test and arrived on time.

Great service! Loyd was friendly, professional, clean, and he did a great job. Although there was a small problem with the boiler, he hunted it down, and wasn't satisfied until it was found and dealt with, and everything was running perfectly. Great stuff Loyd, you are our boiler engineer of choice from now on.
Thank you
