I am completely knocked out by Customer Services. I enquired about a Dress I was considering buying and spoke to a Lovely Lady called Kellie. I found her to be Highly Professional, Pro - Active, Personable, Knowledgeable about product and helpful.
I have ordered a few dresses 1950's style from the New SS25 Collection and I am very impressed with the quality, design , cut and prints. I will continue to purchase from Hell Bunny and I am very excited by future Collection releases. Highly Recommend. 6 Stars!

in all honesty i ordered a dress and was unhappy with the quality, after emailing customer service to say so, they kindly gifted me a voucher to compensate me instead of a replacement, they genuinely are so helpful and so kind, and want honesty from customers, but the next dress i ordered i am absolutely over the moon with. makes me feel very good, fits divine, so good.

Found Hell Bunny via a Facebook advertisement of all things. Loved the look of the clothing, so after a little bit of research I felt quite confident in ordering. I bought 3 tops and I absolutely love every one of them. They are so cute and very flattering. They came quicker from the UK to Perth Australia than it does from one side of Australia to another. I've promptly brought 3 more. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I contacted Hell Bunny as I had issues with delivery. Kellie R responded within the hour, outlining the process I should follow, attaching all appropriate documents, giving concise instructions on next steps and even suggesting what I could do to avoid having the same issue recurring with the specific delivery company (that happen to serve a few on line businesses). Communication was swift but clear, professional but friendly and everything was resolved in no time.. what is not to like?

My order was send next day delivery with DPD to my local post office as I knew I’d be in work and didn’t want to miss my delivery at home. After 3 attempts to collect and phone calls with DPD my order wasn’t there. I contacted Hell Bunny and they’ve been nothing but supportive and very quick with their responses. I’ve now been refunded but was offered a new delivery but I still placed a new order as their clothes are beautiful and on this occasion it was my post office that were the problem.
I would recommend this company to anyone no matter what age. I love their vintage styles, great quality and spot on in their sizing. Thank you for your support in resolving this and great customer service

Exceptional customer service service and beautiful clothing. After discovering Hell Bunny on FB i bought some lovely items of clothing which arrived promptly and beautifully packaged so ordered again another couple of tomes again promptly arrived with great quality items. I purchased another round of clothing which was promptly dispatched as always. After a week I checked the tracking which had come to a stop at the sorting depo(apparently still there). I contacted Hell Bunny and explained that my items were for a trip away. They responded immediately and re dispatched using a different courier making sure i received my items the very next day. Absolutely no fuss or delay. This is another reason why i prefer to by from independent companies. One email sent= problem resolved

Ordered some trousers that didn’t arrive within the specified time frame. In a panic, I reached out to customer service, explaining that I had planned an entire outfit around them and needed them the next day. The tracking kept saying they were on the way, but they never showed—cue the incredible Kellie Rix!
What a legend! Time was ticking and we nearly missed the warehouse delivery driver but she truly went above and beyond to ensure the trousers arrived - and today, just as she promised, they did.
Despite the initial stress, my experience with Kellie was fantastic—she was kind, helpful and an absolute star! Huge thanks to her for turning a frustrating situation into a positive one! I think I read a prior review that said that other companies should take note and I could not agree more!
The trousers themselves exceed my expectations in quality - Happy Bunny - pun intended :)

I ordered a jacket online, after finding it in a shop in Spain in the wrong size. My jacket then travelled half way around Europe looking for me! Kellie from Hell Bunny's customer service team helped follow it up, updating me regularly and answering all my emails straight away.

My daughter lost a button from her loved Sarah Jane coat. I contacted Hell Bunny to ask if I could buy a button but they don’t sell those single. But the very nice and helpful contact from the customers service offered to search some and add them to our next order. Some time after I placed an order and asked if it would really be possible to send us the button with that order. And indeed when my order arrived there were three buttons for us too. Thank you very very much once again for that quick and kind help!! Love the skirt and shirt from my order as well😊!

Disappointed with the plunge in quality. I bought a 100 % polyester skirt some years ago, made in England, heavy duty quality fabric with neat finishings. Now I ordered another polyester-elasthane skirt that is like from a different world, made in China, thin fabric and the sewing is sloppier. Even the sizing has changed. I won't be buying any more clothes from Hell Bunny without a chance to feel and try them on in person first.

Great customer service with a genuine want to help you. I've never had such a fast response- within under 2 hours everything was sorted and they really went above and beyond as the original item was brought via tiktok shop.
I find their sizes super inclusive and great for curves, the tiktok lives really help seeing how they fit and advice on sizing.
Clothes are good quality and always great to support Made in the uk!

I recently bought the skye mini dress and to no fault of the brand (it was a manufacturing issue) the mesh fabric of the dress had torn after the second wear. I was reluctant to bring it up with the company as I didn’t want to be a bother, however I felt as if I should. I contacted their email available on the website and told them how I was disappointed. I woke up the next morning with a response saying how terribly sorry they were and that they would send me a refund or offer me a gift card to replace the dress that had torn. I recieved the gift card and reordered the dress in the next size up to minimize the risk of it tearing again. I must say I am ever so impressed with their quick responses and amazing customer service. I will definitely be supporting hell bunny again in the near future

Bought a pair of black jeans the size s was similar to size 8 , tried to exchange for larger size but they didn't send me a larger size but another size s ! Next on my list was to choose a larger pair of black jeans in different style , still waiting on replacement ones. Bought from Hell Bunny three years ago but since then there sizes aren't compatible with the sizes they quote. Since Brexit the prices have risen, has there production costs risen ? Garments made outwith E.U and import costs passed on to customers. This seems the NORM in the fashion industry. I had put faith in Hell Bunny and was a returning customer and I was given a gift of money for my birthday a few days ago. I wouldn't reccomend Hell Bunny they have a lack of communication skills when it comes to there returns . I won't be purchasing from them again.

Since I live in the EU I was a little worried when I realised Hellbunny.eu is no longer shipping from inside the EU. HOWEVER: Hell Bunny took care of ALL taxes and custom fees on their end, meaning what I paid at check out was it, no surprises
The quality of their stuff continues to wary, their fabrics in particular. And, unfortunately, also the measurements of their sizes. I've started to buy Hell Bunny mainly during their sales (real bargains to be made there) or from websites inside the EU where returns are a bit easier.
All in all it'd still totally recommend their stuff, particularly to curvy women, but the fact that their prices are a bit on the high side for what you get is a fact and something one should be aware of.
