Throughout the whole period of discussing and advising on issues concerning my needs I was kept fully aware of progress and current state of each stage. Everything was handled in a totally professional, friendly and easy manner using plain English. I’d particularly like to commend Janie for her knowledge, patience and friendliness.

After receiving a cold call about an estate planning review, my father and I had an excellent call with Janey from Henceforth. She provided a detailed overview of living trusts and how they can help protect assets from care costs, probate fees, and other potential threats. She explained the differences between revocable and irrevocable trusts, and recommended the revocable living trust option. Although Janey provided fees if we wished to proceed with Henceforth in setting up a living trust, there was absolutely no obligation to do so. Highly recommended!

Had an occasion recently to contact Henceforth inan attempt toresolve a prolonged issue with a Lasting Power of Attorney. I spoke to a very patient and attentive lady (Clare) who explained what I needed to do in an uncomplicated way and acted very promptly in sending me the relevant documentation to progress the LPA. In addition, I had a few further queries which she also dealt with very quickly much to my relief. A very good customer service experience.

I was rather dubious about this cold call to my 81 year old mother re her inheritance and legal affairs but proved totally wrong to be suspicious! Michael did not push us into anything at all, his information was very thorough and really helpful and there was a lot of it, he certainly knows his stuff. He was very respectful of my fathers health conditions and very patient with all our questions. It has certainly helped us for future decisions and I would recommend a Henceforth Trust consultation to anyone.

We had a couple of zoom meetings set up independently with Omri for my father (I sat in with him). Omri was very patient and explained things thoroughly and although the meetings were very informative we decided not to proceed with anything at this stage.

My review with Janey was conducted with patience over a full one hour and without any pressure by her.
I spent some 43 years in banking and 10 years as a qualified Independent Advisor dealing with ‘high end’ clients during this period. However at 85 years of age I acknowledge that it is important to obtain uptodate understanding of the law as it might impact one’s personal estate. In particular Janey described how protecting my house from potential Care Home fees etc is such a powerful vehicle by the use of a Trust instrument. This was new to me!

A Zoom meeting was set up with Janey by a third party. Janey was very informative about the subject of protection of one’s assets on death and mentioned a few things of which we were not fully aware. This was not a hard sell, for which I was grateful, but an informative exchange. In the event we decided not to proceed at this time, essentially because of the financial outlay involved.

Just had a zoom meeting with a guy called Frank (I think) it was Very informative I didn't realise what a minefield protecting your estate could be. Frank himself was an absolute gentleman and certainly opened my eyes to the Pitfalls involved. I would recommend it to anyone.

My elderly brother dealt with Michael Jay regarding his estate planning, lasting power of attorney and living trust. Michael was so patient and kind as my brother had difficulty accessing a zoom call but they got there in the end. Michael also set up a zoom call with myself to ensure everything was explained fully.
