I have used ONP on several occasions, now. Each time their lawyers have been professional, knowledgable and efficient, They have responded to queries the same day and have kept me up to date with progress. Their interactive portal is also easy to use and is accessible. I highly recommend them.

We recently completed our house purchase with ONP Solicitors, and I would like to particularly thank Hayley Timms for her professionalism, competence and support throughout the process.

Hayley was knowledgeable, thorough and professional in handling our conveyancing. She demonstrated a good understanding of the process and dealt with our enquiries carefully, which gave us confidence throughout such an important purchase.

The ONP app was another great feature. It made tracking progress, accessing documents and keeping up with updates much easier.

I was also impressed with the continuity of service. When Hayley was unavailable, the handover was handled very well. Even on the day of completion, another member of the team stepped in and ensured everything was dealt with smoothly, without any unnecessary disruption.

A truly excellent service from start to finish. This is the second time that we have been back to Oliver for conveyancing and he never fails to deliver. He is incredibly efficient, helpful and tenacious and makes sure that things get done quickly and effectively. His communication is second to none.

He handled slow, uncommunicative solicitors on the other side and pressure from the estate agent with complete professionalism, and followed my instructions to the letter. He went the extra mile by phoning me to clarify points, posting documents as I requested, and releasing the funds to me so I could settle the estate agent directly. When he was unexpectedly absent, he made sure another solicitor was fully up to speed so not a second was lost.

I used Oreva at ONP solicitors for both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new house. The sale has now completed and all I can say is how impressed I am at how quickly and smoothly the whole process went. Oreva was always just a call or email away if I needed to ask her anything. Nothing was too much for her. And if she was away, a colleague was always available if needed. In addition, ONP use an app to send documents and check at what stage you are at.
I would definitely recommend this company if you are buying or selling a house.
