I recently used this firm for my property purchase and am highly impressed with the service.
As a buyer who prefers efficiency, their digital-forward platform and mobile app made the entire process incredibly clear and easy to track. Navigating a property chain can naturally be quite stressful, but the communication from the legal team was excellent throughout.
My case manager, Gleice was highly responsive, professional, and provided prompt updates that gave me complete peace of mind, especially during the critical days leading up to the Exchange of Contracts.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a good review. We used OnPoint for the purchase of a flat and the whole process lacked in communication. The service felt so impersonal and at times we got very frustrated by the lack of response to our queries both via app and via email, despite chasing. I also found the use of the app that was imposed on us, very inconvenient. We received all documents on the app and I was loosing my sight trying to read them on my phone. Obviously you can save the docs somewhere else and then read but it feels like a tedious and slow process. I tried to find the app on my Mac or IPad with no luck, so I was stuck with the little screen. Sending the docs via email would have been much better!
We were initially with Gemma, and then our file was transferred to Alex, with some improvement, but with the inconvenience of a new person who had to learn the case at the end of the process. I think the quality of the work was good but they could have made the process more personal with more calls to the clients and explain things on the phone and not only on documents. Instead there was never a spontaneous call. I am afraid we won’t use them anymore, although it was our second time (first time it was a lease extension, a much more straightforward process that didn’t need much follow up). I am sorry, you have lost a client.

Alison Wright dealt with my sale she kept up to date with all information and enquiries from our buyers solicitor and communicated well with me. Always responded to emails within 24 hours and was contactable by phone when needed if no answer she returned my call promptly. On completion of the sale everything was dealt with very efficiently. I was very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend this company.

Our sale and purchase was not straight forward and I'd say if it wasn't for Kai' perseverence we probably wouldn't have exchanged when we did.
When Kai was on A/L his caseload was looked after by other members of staff. It was seemless and continuous.
Straight talking no fancy words, explanation in clear language.. Brilliant, just brilliant even out buyer was jealous of our Conveyancing as theirs was awful (Saracens Solicitors - Negative stars)
Kai was on the phone so much communicating intentions and progress he became a 'friend of the family!'
